ALEXA Chung Ice Skating Pleated Mini Skirt

Seen above on Peaches Geldof, Molly Sims, and Ashley Olsen (as well as on the Sophia Kokosalaki and Missoni runways), the ice skating skirt is typified by having a more voluminous silhouette than the full skirt and a hemline that hits above the knee.
