SHIPPING DETAILS: We basically post your item the second business day after the payment appears. It normally takes 2~5 working days for Australia wide orders and 7~15 days for international orders, to arrive at your place. Australian customers can either receive AusPost registered parcel or express post. International orders are sent by AusPost international registered to overseas customers. Insurance, registered and other express services are available on request.
All parcels can be tracked. On the day that your order is shipped you will received an email confirming its despatch which includes a tracking code so that you can follow your order through to delivery. If there is a problem with your order, please email us.
Combined & Discount Postage: We do the combined postage by weight. You will see the shipping charge that is determined automatically before checkout when ordering online.
For International customers, all prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you would like to view in different currency, simply click on 'Currencies' cutton, which you can find at bottom of page, and choose the one you prefer through the drop-down list. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. CLEAR & SIMPLE RETURN POLICY Refund will be given as merchandise credit. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will offer you an exchange or store credit if you return it to us in the same condition within 14 days after you receive it. Postage and handling charges are not refundable.
